We want you to be completely satisfied with your RoC® Skincare purchase; if you are not, you may return products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print for your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the products in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
